Client workspaces for agencies

Settings, Clients: a workspace for each client under your brand. Invite their team, give them credits, set limits, open their workspace and see their results.

What it is

Clients is the agency console that comes with white label. Each client gets its own workspace under your brand, with its own leads, campaigns, mailboxes, replies and CRM, kept apart from your other clients.

Client workspaces run on your plan and spend credits you give them from your own balance. Save your branding in Settings, White label first; until then the page asks you to.

1 Active clients out of your limit. 2 New client. 3 Clients and Last 30 days. 4 Credits left and used. 5 Open, Invite, Credits, Limits and Archive.

Create a client

  1. Open Settings, then Clients, from your agency workspace.
  2. Click New client, enter the Client name and click Create client.
  3. The client appears in the list as Active. The pill at the top shows how many active clients you have out of your limit, for example 3 of 25 clients.

Invite the client's team

  1. Click Invite on the client's row.
  2. Check the Client, enter their Email and choose a Role: Member or Admin.
  3. Click Send invite. They get an email under your brand with a link to your domain. If the email cannot be sent, the page shows the link for you to send yourself.
  4. If people without an account will join, set Sign-up to Invite only in Settings, White label, so they can create one from the invitation.

Give credits or take them back

  1. Click Credits on the client's row. The popup shows your own balance.
  2. Choose the Client and the Action: Give credits, or Take back unused credits.
  3. Enter the number of Credits and an optional Note (up to 200 characters), then click Save.
  4. Given credits leave your balance and go to the client's. Taking back moves unused credits back to you; you cannot take back more than the client has left.
1 Your balance. 2 Pick the client. 3 Give or take back. 4 How many credits.

How client credits work

  • A client workspace spends only its own credits, never yours. The balance at the top of its pages is its own.
  • When a client runs out, tasks that cost credits wait, exactly like any workspace with no credits left, until you give more.
  • Credits left and Used this month are on each client's row. Credits used is on the Last 30 days tab.
  • Every allocation and every take-back is recorded with who did it.

Limits for a client

  1. Click Limits on the client's row (owner only).
  2. Set Mailboxes (the most mailboxes the client can connect) and Emails a month (the most campaign emails it can send in a calendar month). Leave a box empty for no limit beyond your plan.
  3. Click Save limits. They show under the client's name, and the client sees them on its Usage page.
  4. A limit stops the next addition or send and never removes anything: at the mailbox limit the client cannot connect another mailbox, and at the email limit sending waits until the next month.

Open a client

  • Click Open to switch into the client's workspace. You land on its AI Email Marketing home and work as yourself, not as the client.
  • An admin of your agency workspace who opens a client is added to it as an admin first.
  • Switch back to your agency workspace with the workspace switcher at the top of the menu.
  • Every open is recorded with who did it.

Archive or restore a client

  • Archive stops everything in the client's workspace from sending and keeps all of its data. It also frees a place under your client limit.
  • Restore makes an archived client active again, when you are under your limit.
  • You cannot archive the workspace you are working in. Switch to another workspace first.

Results: Last 30 days

The Last 30 days tab shows each active client's emails sent, replies, interested replies, meetings and credits used, with a total for all clients. With more than 8 clients, Filters lets you search by name and show active or archived clients.

Settings reference

  • Client name: 2 to 80 characters.
  • Invite role: Member (works in the client's campaigns, leads, mailboxes and replies) or Admin (also manages the client's team, keys and integrations).
  • Credits: whole numbers from 1. Note: optional, up to 200 characters.
  • Mailboxes and Emails a month: 0 or more; empty means no limit beyond your plan.
  • Active clients: up to the limit shown at the top. Archived clients do not count. Contact us if you need more.

Who can do what

  • The owner and admins of the agency workspace can create, invite, open, archive and restore clients.
  • Only the owner can give or take back credits and set limits, because the credits are the owner's.
  • Members of the agency workspace cannot open Clients. Clients never see Clients or White label.

FAQ

  • Do my clients pay us? No. Their workspaces run on your plan; you bill your clients yourself.
  • Can one client see another? No. Each client workspace sees only its own data.
  • What does a client see about credits? Its own balance at the top of the page. There is no Plan & billing and no upgrade button in a client workspace.
  • Can I see a client's campaigns? Yes. Click Open and you work in their workspace like any member.
