- Campaigns: create drafts, write the sequence, change settings, add leads, launch, pause and read results. Launching runs the same checks as the Launch button.
- Leads: search and import from the directory, create tables, and add, edit or delete rows.
- Unibox and CRM: read conversations, set lead status, send replies, and manage opportunities and lists.
- Mailboxes, warmup, suppression, webhooks and analytics, plus this guide.
Staying in control
- An assistant only sees the workspace it was connected to, and only what the person who connected it can see.
- Deleting anything needs the assistant to confirm first. Rows go to Trash.
- Every change is recorded in the audit log, with the app or key that made it.
- Click Connected apps and Revoke to cut an app off at once, or revoke a key under Settings, APIs.
- A connection stops working by itself when the person who connected it leaves the workspace, or the workspace is archived.
