Segments

Living segments: rules that send matching leads to the right campaign on their own.

Create a rule

  1. From Home, choose Build a segment, People segment.
  2. Under New rule, name it and choose the campaign to add leads to.
  3. Choose which list to watch and add your conditions.
  4. Set quality gates such as verified only, qualified only and a minimum lead score.
  5. Set the maximum per run and click Save rule. It starts paused.

Run it

  • Preview shows which leads match before anything is sent.
  • Run now adds matching leads straight away.
  • Go live keeps the rule running on its own. Pause stops it.
  • People segments are part of bigger plans. If yours does not include them, the page offers an upgrade.
