Lead tables

The table

• The bar above the grid holds Views, the columns chooser, filters, sort and search.
• Quick filters such as Ready to send, Needs verifying, Would bounce and Best prospects show the rows that match.
• Add column at the end of the header adds enrichment, AI and other columns. See Enrichment, waterfalls and AI columns.
• Actions opens the drawer of sources, enrichments and exports. The top bar has ZicAgent, Download and Settings.

Import a list

1. From Home choose Import data, Import CSV (or, in a table, + Add at the bottom, Import from CSV).
2. Name the table and pick your CSV file. It needs a header row with an email column.
3. Click Create table and import. The new table opens and fills in as rows arrive.
4. To update a table from a newer file, use Merge a CSV in the More menu. Rows are matched on email.

Work with rows

• Tick rows, then open More (three dots), With the rows you ticked: Verify email addresses, Fill in missing data, Re-score and qualify, Add to a campaign or Delete. Pick the ticked rows or all matching rows and click Run on these rows.
• Right-click a row's tick box or number to run, copy, paste, insert a row, leave feedback or delete. Shift + Delete deletes the ticked rows (they go to Trash).
• Download exports all rows, this page or the ticked rows as CSV, PDF, Word, plain text or JSON.

Score rows for fit

1. Click ZicAgent in the table's top bar.
2. Describe your business under Business details and map the LinkedIn and website columns.
3. Click Run ZicAgent and choose First 10 rows or Run all rows. It writes a Match fit comment and a Fit Score with a grade from A to F.
4. Open Insights to view, copy, download or delete the rows of any grade.

Repeats and duplicates

• Dedupe in the toolbar finds rows with the same email. Duplicates opens the full report with Merge all.
• To stop repeats as rows arrive, open Settings and switch on Remove repeats automatically. Pick the columns under Match rows by, then choose Keep the old row or Replace it with the new row.

Table settings

• Auto-update runs cells when new rows arrive or a row is edited.
• Auto-run runs the table's enrichment columns every few minutes, and Re-run columns on a schedule refreshes them, for example every day.
• Name and description, with Generate description.

Tips

• Verify emails before sending to keep your bounce rate low.
• Deleted tables go to Trash and can be restored for 90 days.
• Ask ZicAgent to clean a table: "Verify the emails in this table and remove the duplicates."
