Notifications and alerts

Choose which problems reach you, and see what needs your attention.

Alerts

  • The bell opens Alerts: things done on your behalf and anything that needs you, with a button to act, such as Open Unibox.
  • Unread ones come first. Dismiss one, or click Mark all read.

Choose what reaches you

  1. Open Settings, then Notifications.
  2. Turn on the problems you want to hear about and how: the hourly popup, or an email.
  3. Click Save.

What is on by default

  • On: the Hourly popup, Deliverability and Account.
  • Off until you turn them on: emails about critical problems, emails about warnings, Campaigns and Mailboxes.
1 Hourly popup. 2 Deliverability. 3 Account. These three are on by default.
