Connect a Microsoft mailbox

Connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com mailbox with Sign in with Microsoft, no password needed.

Sign in with Microsoft

  1. Open Email accounts and click Connect a mailbox.
  2. Pick Microsoft and open the setup guide (see Enable SMTP in Microsoft 365 or GoDaddy), then click Sign in with Microsoft.
  3. Choose the mailbox you want to send from and sign in.
  4. Accept the permissions ZicReach asks for: read, send and manage your email.
  5. You come back to Email accounts with the mailbox connected. Turn on warmup with the flame.

If Microsoft asks for admin approval

Your organisation only lets administrators approve new apps. Ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to follow Allow ZicReach in Microsoft 365, then try again.

Good to know

  • ZicReach never sees or stores your Microsoft password.
  • Mailboxes bought through GoDaddy are Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Turn on SMTP Authentication in GoDaddy first, then sign in with Microsoft.
