Workspace and account

Workspace settings and sign-in

Workspace name, other workspaces, appearance, and signing in with a password or Google.

Workspace

  • Settings, Workspace: change the workspace name and billing email, and click Save.
  • Mailboxes can be moved between your workspaces from the mailbox's Settings tab.
1 Name and billing email. 2 Delete workspace.

Workspaces

  • Each workspace is a separate account with its own leads, campaigns, mailboxes, integrations, API keys and webhooks.
  • The Workspaces page lists yours with their leads, campaigns, mailboxes and people. Create another (your plan sets how many), open one, or archive one you no longer use.
  • Switch workspace with the switcher at the top of the menu.
1 Your workspaces. 2 Create a workspace.

Appearance

  1. Open Settings, then Appearance.
  2. Pick Standard (light), System or Dark, and click Save.
  3. Under Deleting, choose whether deleting rows asks you first.

Sign in with Google

  • On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google and choose your Google account.
  • If an account already uses that email address, Google signs you into it. Otherwise a new account is created when sign-up is open.
  • Two-factor sign-in still applies after Google.
1 Continue with Google.

Signing in

  • If two-factor sign-in is on for your account, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or a backup code, after your password.
  • Use Sign out in the menu under your initials when you are on a shared computer.

Delete a workspace

At the bottom of Settings, Workspace, type the workspace name to confirm and delete it. This cannot be undone.
