AI Leads Engine
Enrichment, waterfalls and AI columns
Fill in missing details from your data providers, write with AI, and run columns on the rows you choose.
Add a column
- Open a table and click Add column at the end of the header.
- Choose Add enrichment, Use AI, Message, Waterfall, Formula or Merge columns, or a plain column type such as Text, Number, Date, Email or Select.
- Set up the column and run it on a few rows to test it.
The Actions drawer
- Click Actions on a table to browse everything you can add: For you, Sources, Enrich, Signals, Exports, Functions and Templates.
- Sources pull rows in (Find people at a company, Google Maps search, a webhook, your CRM). Enrich adds details to rows you already have (scrape a website, tech stack, funding, any HTTP API, your connected providers).
- Search the drawer by name, for example "verify" or "Apollo".
Waterfall: ask providers in order
- Choose Waterfall and pick What to find, for example Phone or Job title.
- Under Waterfall sequence, drag providers into the order to ask them. The switch skips one; the bin takes it out. Add data provider adds another.
- Run it. Each row stops at the first provider that answers, and you pay only for the providers that ran.
Pre-built waterfalls
- Open Actions, choose Waterfalls and pick one, such as Work Email, Company Domain or Mobile Phone. Each shows its providers and what a row is expected to cost.
- Under Inputs, choose the column each input comes from. The panel counts how many providers have every input they need.
- For emails, choose a validation provider and a strategy. With Require validation success on, an address that fails is passed over and the next provider is asked.
- Full configuration lists the providers in order: drag to reorder, switch one off, or open one to choose its account (ZicReach-managed or your own key) and its output.
- Save, or Save and run. Each provider gets its own column under the waterfall, and the arrows on its header hide or show them. A provider after the one that found the value shows Run condition not met and is not charged.
Use AI
- Write what the AI should do for each row, using {{column}} to bring in a row's values, and define the outputs it should fill.
- Tick Research the company's website first for answers that need a look at their site.
- Run only when lets you skip rows, for example when a column is empty.
- Message drafting writes a first email or a reply for each row. Try it on 5 rows before you save it.
Run a column
- Click the play button on a column header and choose First 10 rows, First 100 rows, Rows without an answer, or All rows.
- Right-click a cell to run just that cell, the row, or the cells you selected.
- Enrichment from the More menu is capped at 100 rows a run.
Credits
- Each provider call and AI row uses credits from your one balance at the prices set for your account. Usage shows what each task used.
- AI columns use no credits when your own AI model is connected in Settings, Integrations.
- Connect enrichment providers such as Apollo.io, Clearbit or Hunter.io under Settings, Integrations, Enrichment. Their Priority sets the starting order of a waterfall.
