Enable SMTP in Microsoft 365 or GoDaddy

Bought from Microsoft

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com/#/users).
2. Open Active users and pick the user.
3. On the Mail tab, click Manage email apps.
4. Tick Authenticated SMTP and make sure IMAP is ticked too.
5. Click Save changes.
6. Wait about an hour, then connect.

Bought from GoDaddy

1. Sign in to GoDaddy.
2. Open My Products.
3. Under Email and Office, click Manage All.
4. Find the user and click Manage.
5. Under Advanced Settings, turn on SMTP Authentication (it turns green).
6. Wait about an hour, then connect.

Connect the mailbox

1. Open Email accounts, click Connect a mailbox and pick Microsoft.
2. Click Sign in with Microsoft, pick the mailbox and accept the permissions.

Good to know

• ZicReach never sees or stores your Microsoft password.
• Mailboxes already connected over SMTP keep working and can still be edited.
