Qualification

Define who is worth contacting, so bad-fit leads never reach a campaign.

Set your ideal customer

  1. Under Your ideal customer, enter target industries, roles and locations, one per line.
  2. Under Never contact, enter excluded industries, roles and domains.
  3. Set the minimum ICP score a lead needs to count as qualified.
  4. Click Save profile.
1 Qualified, review, disqualified and unscored. 2 Qualify unscored leads. 3 Your ideal customer.

Custom rules

  • Add a rule with a name, a field, a condition, a value and a weight, for example to exclude agencies.
  • Click Qualify to score leads that have no score yet.
  • Click Re-qualify every lead with the current settings after you change your settings.
