Plans

Choose the plan that fits how much you send. Email marketing is in every plan. Each plan includes a number of credits each month, and sets limits such as team seats, workspaces, leads stored and recording quality.

Change your plan

1. Open Settings, then Plan & billing (owners and admins).
2. Click Choose on the plan you want.
3. Complete the payment.
4. Members who hit a plan limit are asked to contact the workspace owner.

Credits: one balance

• Every task spends from one balance, shown at the top of every page: sending, enrichment, verification, AI writing, AI Reply Agent answers, ZicAgent messages and more.
• New accounts get 100 free credits to start, once. Choosing a plan sets your balance to the plan's credits.
• Each task has a price per unit (per email, per lead, per answer). Prices are set by ZicReach for your account.
• AI tasks cost nothing when your own AI model is connected in Settings, Integrations. Embeddings are free with your own OpenAI key.
• When credits run out, campaigns wait and the readiness card says so. Add credits or change plan to carry on.

Usage

• Settings, Usage shows your credits remaining, team seats, workspaces and leads stored against your plan.
• Credits used, last 30 days lists each task with how many were done and the credits they used.
• Last 30 days shows emails sent, API calls, webhook deliveries and active mailboxes.

Invoices and history

• Manage billing and invoices updates your payment method and downloads invoices.
• Credit history lists every change to your balance with the task, amount, credits and what was left.
• Payment history lists past payments.
