Affiliate program

Join

1. Open your initials at the top right, then Affiliates. It is also in Settings, under Account settings.
2. Read the terms, tick I accept the affiliate terms and click Join for free.
3. Your link is ready at once: joining needs no approval. Anyone with a ZicReach account can join, whatever their role in a workspace. Your affiliate account is yours, not the workspace's.

Share your link

• Your link looks like app.zicreach.com/r/yourcode. Click Copy next to it.
• The sign-up link opens the sign-up page. The Homepage and Pricing links open those pages of zicreach.com and still count as your referral.
• Someone who clicks your link and signs up within 30 days counts as your referral. The exact window is under Your terms.
• Each account has one referrer: the first valid click wins and it never changes later.
• A sign-up through your link shows under Referrals straight away as Account created, no purchase yet. When they buy a plan it shows Plan purchased, with the plan.

What earns commission

• You earn a recurring commission on every payment your referrals make for a paid plan, excluding tax. The rate and for how many months are shown under Your terms on the Affiliates page.
• Free sign-up credits, plans given by the ZicReach team and trials that never pay do not earn.
• Self-referrals do not earn: your own accounts, workspaces, email addresses, company and billing account. No spam, and no search ads on the ZicReach brand.

Approval, hold and payout

• A new commission shows Pending approval until the ZicReach team approves it.
• Once approved it is held for the holding period (the refund period, shown under Your terms). The Commissions table shows the date, for example Available on 12 Dec 2026.
• After that date it becomes Available and counts toward your payout balance. Only available commissions can be withdrawn.
• The team may reject a commission that breaks the terms. It then shows Rejected and never pays out.
• A refunded or charged back payment never pays out. If its commission was already paid, it is taken off your next payout.
• Paid out and Lifetime earnings show what you have received and earned in total.

Get paid

1. Under Payout details, pick PayPal, Wise or Bank transfer, fill in the details and click Save payout details. They are stored encrypted and only shown masked.
2. When your available balance reaches the minimum payout, click Request payout.
3. Payouts are sent once a month. The Payouts table shows each request, its status and the payment reference.
