AI Email Marketing
Campaigns
Create campaigns, check they are ready, launch or pause them, and see why one is not sending.
The Campaigns page
- Sequences lists every campaign with its switch, status, leads, sent, reply rate, bounce rate, owner and when it last changed.
- A line under a campaign's name says why it is waiting, for example outside the sending hours.
- The menu (three dots) on a row opens Edit, Settings, Leads, Analytics or Replies, and lets you duplicate, pause or delete a campaign.
- Email accounts and Blocklist are tabs on the same page.
Create a campaign
- Open Campaigns and click New campaign.
- Enter a campaign name and click Create campaign.
- Add leads, write the first email, add follow-ups and choose your settings.
- Launch it from the Controls card on the Overview tab.
The campaign tabs
- Overview: the results, readiness, controls, recipients, AI drafting and the first email.
- Sequence: the follow-ups. Settings: schedule, mailboxes, daily volume, tracking, A/B testing, safety and the AI Reply Agent.
- Leads: the people in this campaign. Analytics: results.
- Sender accounts: the mailboxes sending this campaign, with their health and results. Use Change senders to edit them.
- Replies: the replies to this campaign, filtered by type.
The Overview tab
- The on/off switch at the top turns sending on or off. Off pauses the campaign, and you can turn it back on at any time.
- Controls: Launch campaign (or Pause sending while it runs) and Delete campaign.
- Under Controls are the links to Preview the real email, the follow-up sequence, who you are contacting and the full results.
Readiness
- The readiness card scores the campaign and lists what to fix: must fix items stop the launch, should fix and could improve items are worth a look.
- It checks the message, recipients, mailboxes, your domain records, credits and leads already in another campaign. Passed checks show a tick.
- Checked just now, or Checked 5 min ago, says how fresh the answer is. It re-checks by itself while the page is open, and Re-check asks again straight away, including your domain records.
- If only warnings are left, tick Launch anyway, despite the issues above in Controls to launch regardless.
Why isn't it sending?
While a campaign is on, a line under its name says what it is waiting for, for example the sending hours, a start date, today's limit being reached, no active mailbox, a mailbox error or no credits left.
A clock icon means it will carry on by itself. A warning icon means something needs you: follow what the line says and it resumes on its own. You can also ask ZicAgent "Why isn't my campaign sending?".
When every lead is done
When everyone in a campaign has been through the sequence, the campaign stays on and shows all leads done. It sends to new leads as soon as you add them, until you pause it. You also get an alert with Add leads and See results.
Blocklist
- On the Campaigns page, open the Blocklist tab.
- Enter the address and an optional reason.
- Click Add to blocklist. Nothing is ever sent to an address on this list.
- Addresses you added by hand can be removed again. Bounces added for you stay.
Tips
- Send timing now lives on each campaign's Settings tab.
- A finished campaign cannot be switched back on. Duplicate it instead.
- Use campaign tags to group campaigns and find them quickly.
