Usage and limits
Your credits, team seats, workspaces and leads stored against your plan, the credits each task used and what happens at a limit.
The Usage page
- Open Settings, then Usage. It shows your plan and where you stand: credits remaining, team seats, workspaces and leads stored, each against its limit.
- A meter turns amber at 70% and red at 90% of its limit. No limit means your plan sets none.
- Credits used, last 30 days lists each task with how many were done and the credits they used.
- Last 30 days shows emails sent, API calls, webhook deliveries and active mailboxes.
Credit history
- Each change to the balance is listed with the date, the task, the amount, the credits and what was left.
- Credits added to the balance are marked added, and credits returned for a task that did not finish are marked returned.
Credits and prices
- Every task spends from one balance: sending, enrichment, verification, AI writing, AI Reply Agent answers, ZicAgent messages, simulations and more.
- What each task costs is set for your account and can change. The confirmation before a big task, and the credit tables here, show what it costs you now. ZicAgent can tell you the current price of any task.
- AI tasks use no credits when your own AI model is connected in Settings, Integrations.
When you reach a limit
- Limits stop the next addition and never delete anything: at your seat limit you cannot invite another person, at your workspace limit you cannot create another workspace, and at your leads limit an import stops at the limit.
- When credits run out, campaigns and other paid tasks wait, and the campaign readiness card says so.
- To raise a limit or add credits, use the upgrade button at the top of the page when you see it, or ask the workspace owner. Plan limits always come from the workspace owner's plan.
Client workspaces
A workspace that an agency manages shows two more meters: Mailboxes (connected, out of the limit when the agency set one) and Emails this month (sent, out of the monthly limit when set). Its credits are its own balance, given by the agency.
