Get replies, bounces, unsubscribes and other events posted to your own systems as they happen.

Add an endpoint

  1. Open Settings, then External webhooks.
  2. Click New webhook.
  3. Enter a name and an https URL, and tick the events to send: lead.replied, lead.bounced, lead.unsubscribed, lead.opened, lead.clicked or campaign.completed.
  4. Choose Authentication: Signature (HMAC), Bearer token, Custom header, Basic auth, or None.
  5. Click Add endpoint.

How we call your endpoint

  • Every event is an HTTP POST with a JSON body. The card at the top shows the method, headers, the answer we expect (any 2xx within 15 seconds) and the retries.
  • Sample payloads shows the fields of each event, ready for mapping.
  • Authentication shows exactly what each option sends, and how to check a signature.

Test and manage

  • Click Endpoints to open the panel. Pick an event next to an endpoint and click Send test: you see your endpoint's answer right away.
  • Edit changes an endpoint. For a signed endpoint it shows the signing secret with a Copy button.
  • Recent deliveries shows whether each call succeeded. Test calls are marked test.
  • An endpoint that fails 15 times in a row is paused. Fix it and click Enable.
  • Webhooks are for owners and admins.
