ZicAgent in the Leads Engine

Ask ZicAgent to find people and companies, search Google, build and clean tables, enrich and verify, then send a table to a campaign.

Ask from any Leads Engine page

  1. Click the round ZicAgent button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Pick a suggestion such as Find people who are..., Find local businesses..., Companies hiring for..., Clean this table, Add an AI column that... or Send this table a campaign. Some suggestions fill the box for you to finish.
  3. Press Enter. On a table page, "this table" means the table you are looking at.

Find people and companies

  • Ask for people by job title, seniority, country, industry or target companies, for example "Find heads of product at Series A fintech companies in the US".
  • Ask for companies by industry, location, size, technology or hiring, for example "Find logistics companies in Germany with 50 to 200 employees".
  • ZicAgent shows what it found. Confirm the card to import them into a new table.

Google businesses and jobs

  • Ask "Find dentists in Austin, TX" and ZicAgent searches Google Maps (up to 5 pages) and adds the businesses you pick to a new table. It uses your Serper search key and no credits.
  • Ask "Find companies hiring a GTM engineer" to import open roles and the companies behind them.

Build and clean tables

  • Create a table, add rows, edit a row, or read the rows of any table.
  • Add an AI column with your own instructions (it can research the company's website first), or a waterfall column that asks your data providers in order for one field. New columns are added without running.
  • Run a column on the rows you choose. The card says how many credits it can use.
  • Verify the emails in a table: it fills an Email status column.
  • Find and remove duplicates. Removing needs you to type DELETE, and the rows go to Trash.
  • Download a table as a CSV.

When ZicReach has too few leads

  • Words such as SaaS, AI or fintech are matched in the name, industry and description, so you do not need the exact industry name.
  • If the ZicReach directory has no or only a few matches, ZicAgent says so and offers a broader search.
  • With a lead source connected in Settings, Integrations, ZicAgent uses it: Google business search with Serper, or a web search for matching companies with Serper, Exa, Tavily, Brave or Jina. It uses your own search key and no credits.
  • With no lead source connected, ZicAgent links to Integrations so an owner or admin can connect one. Data providers such as Apollo.io or Hunter.io then find emails for the companies you add.

Credits

  • ZicAgent charges the same credits as doing it yourself on the page: running a column, verifying emails and leads from ZicReach cost the same per row, email or lead.
  • Searching and adding columns are free. The confirmation card shows the most credits an action can use before you confirm it.
  • Each ZicAgent message also uses its own credit, unless you connected your own AI model.

Send a table to a campaign

Ask "Send this table to a new campaign" and ZicAgent creates the campaign, writes the sequence from your AI Training, adds the leads and shows you everything before it launches.

Good to know

  • Everything that changes something waits for your Confirm, and deleting needs DELETE. See ZicAgent: ask and it gets done.
  • The ZicAgent button in a table's top bar is a different tool: it scores each row for fit. See Lead tables.
